Michael Sheen is so underrated as an Actor, he is like a Chameleon and totally inhabits whatever character role he is performing. I would love to see him take on the role of Dylan Thomas in the drama "A Poet IN New York" which Tom Hollander did so beautifully and convincingly. I think Sheen could / would bring that special 'Welshness' that only a Welsh person can understand to such a role. Much in the same way that Richard Burton was so able to perfectly become those poems of Dylan Thomas that he used to orate.

Please put this on National Theatre at home soon! Xx

I’ve been meaning to watch this production for years. I did watch the 2016 Globe production last night so I’m curious how this one compares (probably doesn’t take as many liberties with the material (I did love the liberties it took though))

I absolutely love this version of Midsummer’s Night Dream. I would love this to come out on DVD as well as streaming.

just got back from a trip to London with my english teacher and some kids from school - this was an optional extra show. i'd never heard of it, but i love musicals and greek mythology so i decided to try it. it was, without a doubt, the best goddamn decision ive made in my entire 16 years on this planet. it was incredible, and honestly life changing. the experience in the theatre will truly change your soul. see it in the west end theatre, you won't regret it

So, so excited for this!!!! Watched it in 2019 and absolutely adored it, such a fantastic cast all giving amazing performances (and those costumes 😍😍) So sad it's never been released on NT at Home (licencing issues?) but absolutely thrilled it's going to be back in cinemas!! The best version of Present Laughter I've ever seen by far. Will definitely be making several cinema trips!! 💛
